I am always looking for unique gifts for my friends and family. I wanted to find a personalized gift for a friend of mine this week, and think I found just what I was looking for, thankfully. I really seem to be doing most of my shopping on the internet these days, and wonder if I will ever opt for a real store again at this rate.

Well, I did brave the black friday crowds this year to do some pre-Christmas shopping, but, I really regretted it. Next year I will be doing one hundred percent of my Christmas shopping online. In fact, I will be taking advantage of the Cyber Monday deals. Why on earth I went out into that mess this year is beyond me, really.

It’s tax time again, which is a headache sort of, but also means we may be getting a decent chunk of money. Having a kid is a nice little tax deduction for sure! Anyway, with our money we want to work on some projects in our home, and are looking into Dolan Designs lighting among other retailers online. Hopefully we can find what we are looking for.

We could really use a new four door car now that a car seat has become vital to our daily existence. The thing is, I don’t want to get rid of my old car, and certainly don’t want to pay for insurance on three vehicles. Hopefully I can track down some cheap auto insurance so that we can have that extra four door car by the summer time!

Some people are just so hard to buy for. Case in point, a friend of ours who seems to have everything an want for nothing. We ended up getting him some Rocky Patel cigars, since unfortunately one of his vices is smoking. I certainly hope that he enjoys his gift, took us long enough to get it.

Z went shopping this evening for some clamps that he intends to use for a new project. He’s always working away on something. I guess I shouldn’t complain, since he is using his time for the betterment of our home and our family. He could be wasting his time playing video games or something equally pointless and stupid, I guess.

Let’s face it, I am not getting any younger! I was kind of freaked out this year when I turned thirty, and it kind of feels like it’s all down hill from here. I have even been looking into the top rated wrinkle creams available on the market today. No sense in waiting for the wrinkles to appear, I need to stop them before they have a chance to make their mark.

Well, lately I’ve been having some dry skin issues on my arms and legs, and I even thought that maybe I had eczema. I went on a hunt on the internet for eczema pictures, and decided that I do not in fact have eczema, but just some winter dry skin, thank goodness. Now my mind can be at ease about one thing.

I had an email in my inbox today with the subject tretinoin. What the heck is tretinoin? I guess it’s time to go Googling, because I honestly have no idea. In other news I went shopping for some baby clothes this evening and spent way, way too much money. OH well, the little guy needed some new clothes I guess.

I was in a local health food store today, and noticed all of the products that say they are all natural. From cosmetics, to diet pills, to natural hair loss treatment. I wonder how effective these products are? I am tempted to try a few of them to see what all of the hype is about. They must be working well for some one out there in this world.
